Alliances

Alliances are the backbone of development, events and fun in Puzzles & Survival. Much of th egame can only be experienced in an alliance, including many events. IT also dramatically speeds up your development and social aspects of the game.

Basics of Alliances

Generally, if you are not in an alliance, and you do anything that needs you to be in an allaince you will get a prompt

Helping others helps you

Always “Help” other players with their building research or healing. It speeds them up, and earns points to spend in the alliance shop.

Team up with your team members and Rally Zombie Lairs for greater rewards than hunting lone Zombies.

Participate in alliance events, protect your resources in the warehouse.

When Creating an alliance it;s important to fill BOTH your bulletin and statement. They are different. Note that the bulletin is visible to members of the Aliiance, and the Statement is visible to people looking at your alliance from the outside.

This is particularly important if you are in a state with Alliances and a Non Aggression Pact (NAP). Access both via the operations tab.

Alliance Levels

There are 10 Alliance levels. Levels are gained by alliance members donate resources to alliance technology research. This is a critical early alliance activity to enable the placing of buildings.

In the beginning Alliances can have 50 members, and with each additional level of “Allaince Expansion” researched, an additional 5 members can join, to a maximum of 100. The more members there are in an alliance, participating and donating resources, the faster evryone in the alliance develops.

Alliance Ranks Positions

Allianeces have 5 key leadership Roles

Alliance Leader (R5), and 4 Alliance Officers. And exmaple below from State 655

The detail in the Permissions table below outlines the differing abilities of people in different leadership roles and ranks. It’s quite complicated, but in general the leader is god, but officers can can do most things the leader can, with strange exceptions.

If the R5 or other Officers are offline for periods of time they can be deposed. The “Impeachment tab shows the offline duration based upon leader HQ Level.

Leadership Permissions

Officers get a boost

  • Militarist – Troop Attack +5%
  • Recruiter – Resource Output +5%
  • Overseer – Troop Def + 5%
  • Diplomat – resource Gathering Speed +5%

Alliance Buildings

Alliances can place 6 different Fort items to build out territory. These can be placed by R4 or R5 allaince leaders, and then all alliance members can send troops to the buildings to build them.

Once they are built, troops that were building, will station themselves there, so make sure you return them.

Once you have territory marked down, other alliance resources can be placed

The Alliance Shop

During the tutorial, spending Alliance coins on VIP points can speed up your introductory quests.

As a general rule, only buy things from the alliance shop you need to complete daily quests, such as resource boost. You want to save your points for events like Showdown, where you get lots of event points for spending alliance coin.

Alliance Coins are earned from Alliance tech donations, Alliance help, or Alliance events. You can then spend those coins on items from the Alliance Store.

You have a daily quest to buy an item from the alliance store.

You also have a dialy quest to use a resource boost, which can be acquired from the Alliance shop.

Other useful items:

  • Direct Relocate (200k coins) – useful in combat
  • Modifying Kit (100k coins) – When your Research Lab is levelled up heaps you can reset a talent, and relevel it up at a lower cost for each level.
  • Weekly Offers – some good deals on weapon plans, and bioenhancers pop up occasioanlly, for diamonds or coins

Alliance R4 and R5 members can restock the shop, using the points donated in Alliance Technology.

Alliance Technologies

In addition to having your own Talents as a commander, your Alliance also has a technology tree, with three trees,Economy, MIliatry and Alliance Skills. When you access the tree by default it will (after a short delay) focus you on the current “Hot” Skill if one is set.

When you donate to the hot skill you get bonus Alliance Donation points which count towards alliance activity rank. Officers te4nd to use these to allocate the Alliance Rewards. Donating is also one of the Daily quests, so you are likely to do this daily

Alliance Skills

Alliance Skills can be used by R4 or R5 members. They are researched inthe Alliance Tech Tree, and cost Alliance coins to use. They have a cooldown timer attached
